Don't think outside the square

If you work in an office, as I do, you've probably at some point been instructed to "think outside the square". It's one of those vacuous phrases that pervades the corporate world, and it drives me completely barmy. So in an attempt to eradicate this buzz word from our daily lives, I've come up with a puzzle which requires you to think of nothing but squares.

The object is to fill the grid using the clues provided, the only difference being that in this puzzle every clue is an expression which must be equated to a square number.

•  "Across" and "Down" are not specified as each letter only corresponds to one answer.
•  No number begins with zero.
•  A calculator could come in handy!

If I could banish other ghastly phrases like "touch base" by means of a puzzle I would, but in the meantime click here for a printable version of the puzzle below and keep all thoughts firmly inside the square. In the printed version you'll also find a list of three-digit square numbers for easy reference.

All of these must be square numbers:

N – M
O
P + S
Q ÷ I
R + 2I
R + V
T ÷ 7
U ÷ 3
W
Y
Y – Z
Z ÷ 12

A ÷ X
B
C
C + P
D + H
E
F
G
J
2K
L
N
